Origin of the Book Ho

Late one night, Joel "Two-Bit" was lamenting the fact Victoria was in possession a book he wanted to read.  

While texting Molly he said, "You tell that book hog [Victoria] to finish it already"

Molly forwarded the text to Victoria, but for some reason the "g" did not make it to Victoria's phone.

​

Text received:

"You tell that book ho to finish it already"

​

Made total sense to Victoria, the original book-ho, and club came to life.
